11-Month New Home Warranty Inspection
11-Month New Home Warranty Inspection
An 11-month warranty inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of your new home’s interior and exterior construction. It includes the inspection of all the major systems and components before the builder’s warranty runs out. This is done to provide a record of the home’s deficiencies the builder is expected to repair under their new home warranty policy.
An 11-month warranty inspection (or the builder’s warranty) inspection is specifically designed to benefit homeowners who have contracted or purchased a newly built home. Most builders and contractors offer a one-year warranty to the first or new homeowner. You will want to have your home inspected before the expiration of the warranty to have all the builder’s construction issues identified.
Around the eleventh month of occupancy in your home you should consider having your home inspected. You will be provided with a comprehensive report, complete with colored photos that will include any material defects observed at the time of your new home inspection.
We will receive an expedited report on your home so you can schedule an appointment to meet with your builder to have all of the defects remedied before your warranty expires. Florida Home Inspector Services, LLC’s, 11-Month Inspection is specifically designed to assist and support you to maximize your home investment.
